The Autumn Winter 2024/2025 presentation

A show of illusion: VIVIER OP-TICAL

A matter of perspective

To reveal its new collection, Roger Vivier has transformed the Maison de l'Amérique Latine on the left bank of Paris into a geometric spectacle, its halls warped into an immersive black-and-white visual experience, dappled with iridescent refractions of gold and silver. Floor to ceiling optical illusions set a compelling stage for the new Viv’ Canard ballerinas and the emblematic Viv’ Choc bag, revisited in new monochrome designs. Gherardo Felloni's vivid imagination brings to life the archives of Monsieur Vivier himself, through allusions showcasing his work with paper collage and his love of animalia. The final rooms of this historic hôtel particulier are devoted to the revolutionary savoir-faire of the Maison's signature Belle Vivier, displaying bespoke interpretations of its design as well as a dedicated performance by dancers-turned-artisans.

A compelling composition

For Autumn Winter 2024/2025, Roger Vivier is staging a visual spectacle in which shapes and contrasts form three-dimensional masterpieces, thus ushering in a new collection of head-to-toe attire, complete with preciously crafted details and inspiring silhouettes. Artfully constructed shoes and bags are complemented by opulent jewellery and accessories, expanding the scope of the Maison's fantastical vision. Between the lines, a dialogue of old and new revives the bold abstract designs of the 1960s Op Art movement, through modern interpretations of graphic tweed, colour-blocked patent leather, striking stripes and sequin embroidery.
