Our Customer Service Team is available to complete your order by telephone: call us on +39-07-3486-1431 from 9am - 6pm excluding weekends and bank holidays. Once you have selected the item(s) that you would like to purchase, we will ask you for a delivery address and payment information to confirm the order.  We guarantee complete protection of any personal information that you give to us during the payment process. You will receive an order confirmation email, detailing items purchased, as soon the process is complete.

2. Is it possible to book an appointment in one of your boutiques?

To book an appointment with one of our assistants at our Boutique, select your nearest store on the page Boutiques or contact our Customer Service Team.

Your appointment will be confirmed by email.

3. Can I reserve a product in store?

With our "reserve in store" service you can order your preferred item(s) into your nearest Boutique.

Select the item, size and proceed to select your nearest Boutique from our store list. Complete the request by clicking on "Reserve in Store". You may also reserve an item via telephone or by completing a form.   

4. Is there a way to check the availability of a product in store?

The service, "check availability" allows clients to verify the availability of items as seen online through our Roger Vivier Boutiques. Select the desired item and size and choose your nearest Boutique from our Store List in order to verify its availability.
