Monsieur Roger Vivier pioneered the reinterpretation of footwear as an authentic jewel. The designer's archive was also the inspiration for the Jewel Heel, a circular heel with shiny rhinestones. Handcrafted in nappa leather, the Jewel Heel Mules combine this emblem of the Maison with an upper decorated by crystals and maxi sequins. The insole is embellished with the iconic padded heart.
