Ala.Del. Inc. (from here on, also "Ala.Del.", "we", "us", or "our") is a company belonging to Tod’s Group, which sells products from the Roger Vivier brand in the U.S. online through the E-Store of the website.
The Privacy Policy herein describes our practices concerning the use, storage, and disclosure of the personal information and data we collect from you when you interact with us as you purchase our products.
The Privacy Policy herein is intended for individuals residing in the United States. Should you live outside of the United States, we kindly invite you to use the pages of the website dedicated to the country you live in to make your purchases.
The E-Store pages may contain links to other sections of the website, which are managed by our parent company (Tod's S.p.A.). Our Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of other sections of the website. We kindly invite you to be aware about when you leave our E-Store and to read the dedicated privacy policies, whenever you provide your Personal Information and data.
- 1. What kind of information and data do we collect?“Personal Information and data” as a term generally encompasses any and all information and data identifying you as an individual, and any other information we associate with it.
We collect the identifiers and contact information you choose to provide us with: your name and surname, delivery / invoicing address, e-mail account, and telephone number(s). We shall limit the collection only to the information and data which are essential in order to allow you to successfully purchase products from the E-Store. Should you not provide them, you will not be able to complete the purchase procedure.
Please note that , at any rate, we shall not handle your payment information (your credit card number, for example).
We shall not collect information and data about you from third parties.

ii. our parent company (Tod’s S.p.A.), only if you directly provide it with your explicit consent to do so, for the specific purpose of using your personal information and data (such as a record of your purchases) to provide you with personalised service during your future visits to TOD'S Group shops;
iii. to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any part of our business, assets or stock (including anything related with bankruptcy or similar procedures)
iv. or in connection with the essential purposes described above (e.g., to comply with legal obligations)
- 4. How we protect your Personal Information and dataWe use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and data from unauthorised access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss.
We take all reasonable and practicable steps to protect your personal information and data, but unfortunately, no system or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Should you have any reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately as per the “Contact Us” section below (please note that notifications by post will increase the time it takes for us to respond to the problem).

We would like to reiterate that we shall not sell your personal information and that we shall not use your personal information and data for marketing purposes and that the sole Personal Information and data we collect are the ones you provided us with.
Right To Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete any and all Personal Information and data we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Should you ask us to delete or stop using your personal information, we may not be able to comply with such a request, should such information and data be required to process your payments or returns, to fulfil your order, or to comply with fiscal, auditing or regulatory requirements.
Right Not To Be Discriminated: You have the right not to be discriminated against in service or price should you exercise your privacy rights, and we will consider you just as much if you do exercise them.
The law also states that the customers have the right to opt out of the sale of their Personal Information and data to third parties, but such a right is not applicable here, as we do not sell your personal information and data.
By the same token, we shall not use your personal information and data for marketing purposes, and that is why you will not find a tool or a button to unsubscribe from marketing emails.
